Official 400 KM timetable is now released
The official '400 kilometre' timetable for Ride for Rights 2019 has now been released!
Below you will see the start times, locations, and rest stops of the 400 KM route for Ride for Rights 2019 on 18 May. At each of the below rest stops, there will be food and refreshments to keep you fueled, music, toilets, resting places, first aid, bike repair, and even a few massage stations half way! Along the route, we will be following with safety cars manned with a first aid and bike repair team. On the day, you will receive your R4R bottle and cap.
IMPORTANT: If you are relaying together with your team, your team members can start at any of the below rest stops. If you are cycling a part of the 400 KM route, you can start or stop at any of the below rest stops.
